The new year brings about an all-new model for the car manufacturer. As this is a new model, there are no previous years to improve upon. Being a blank slate, the Envista comes in three trims. Plus, it’s only available as an all-wheel drive.

Power and Performance
While less powerful than other engines in the Buick lineup, the ECOTEC 1.2-litre Turbo is still respectable. The engine has an output of 137 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque. With a 50-litre fuel tank, its fuel economy is 8.4 L/100 km in the city and 7.4 L/100 km on the highway. With such fair fuel efficiency, the engine is perfect for urban travel.
Interior Features
For added space and versatility, the SUV features a 40/60 split-folding rear bench seat. The second row has a limited cargo volume of 586 litres. However, if expanded to the first row, this room more than doubles, with a cargo capacity of 1,189 litres.
Technology and Infotainment
Inside the cabin is a host of technology, including a three-year trial service of the OnStar remote access plan. The Ultrawide 11-inch touchscreen infotainment system is fully equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for convenient mobile connectivity.
The SUV's available features include wireless charging, which eliminates cable tangles whenever you're trying to charge a device on the go. Another available feature is the vehicle's Wi-Fi hotspot capability.
Exterior Design
The vehicle's exterior is bold and stiff, offering a reserved style. A manual liftgate may require hands-on use but provides an ideal space for storing cargo. Additionally, the SUV's exterior features black body side mouldings.
Safety and Assistance Tools
This new model implements a wide variety of safety and assistance features. Among the available options is a Forward Collision Alert system. The system helps identify upcoming hazards and other issues, giving you notice to adjust the course. Other safety features include a Following Distance Indicator and IntelliBeam Auto High Beams.
